In our restaurant, the pleasure of meeting at the table is the most important thing. We believe that the highest quality product will guarantee a unique culinary experience. Seasonality and the richness of the seasons are important to us, allowing you to fully experience the variety and fullness of flavour. We work closely with local farmers and suppliers to keep our dishes fresh. We have written these 3 pillars into the DNA of our restaurant.

Andrzej Sawka

The head chef of BERGO is Andrzej Sawka. What he values most in the kitchen is commitment, a harmonious and professional team and the desire to improve through a creative approach to traditional cuisine. He draws inspiration from the abundance and diversity of the seasons. Cooking is both his passion and an opportunity for professional fulfilment.


We could talk endlessly about our breakfasts, which start with an aromatic coffee as early as 7 a.m. There is something for everyone, regardless of nutritional preferences or diet. We draw on the abundance of the seasons and rely on fresh and local produce and delicacies.



We are open every day, and we invite not only the guests of the Mercure Hotel to our restaurant, but also those who enjoy culinary journeys.

You can use our kitchen during the following hours:

Monday–Friday 7:00 – 10:30 a.m.
Weekends until 11:00 a.m.

Lunch menu
1:00 – 5:00 p.m.
for the occasion of long weekends, holidays and vacations

Dinner menu
5:00 – 9:30 p.m.

A'la carte menu
5:00 – 10:00 p.m.
Saturdays, long weekends and during vacations from 13:00
